Linda Brucklacher MFT I
believe we all have the capacity for healing, changing the way we
view our circumstances and improving our lives.
Each individual has the instinctive
drive to move forward on this path to emotional wellness. However
many times, past trauma, loss, or
problems in our relationships can
greatly affect our sense of belonging,
security and value.
These unresolved difficulties can lead
to anxiety,
Emily Jacobs, LCSW express their emotions, thoughts, explore
their relationships and past experiences that may have been
traumatic or difficult. In therapy a safe, trusting
relationship is developed, and we work together to look at the
client's emotions, thoughts, and options. Cognitive behavioral
therapy means we look at the thinking patterns, and new ways to
think about yourself, your life, and also explore options and new
ways of thinking and behaving. I build on client’s strengths,
and successes, and help develop solutions to help my clients feel
better, improve their relationships, and move forward in a positive
direction. |
